Common questions
What bank statement formats does StatementSnap support?+

PDF, CSV, XLSX, OFX, and QFX as inputs. Output is Excel (XLSX) or CSV. Files up to 15MB. Works on native digital PDFs as well as scanned or photographed statements.

Is StatementSnap free?+

The first 2 conversions are free with no signup. After that, single conversions are $0.99, a pack of 10 is $4.99, and a monthly plan with 200 conversions is $7.99.

Are my bank statements stored on your servers?+

No. Statements are processed in memory and never persisted to a long-term database — your data belongs to you. Any temporary file used during conversion travels over TLS, is isolated to your session, and is auto-deleted within 24 hours. We never sell or share your statements, and we never use them to train any AI model.

How accurate is the conversion?+

On native digital PDFs from major banks, accuracy is consistently above 99% per field. Scanned or photographed statements depend on image quality.

Can I convert statements in Spanish or Portuguese?+

Yes. The converter reads statements in any language — Spanish, Portuguese, English, and others. Dedicated pages for Mexican and Brazilian banks are rolling out.

Does it work with credit card statements too?+

Yes. Personal and business credit card statements from Chase, Bank of America, Citi, Wells Fargo, Capital One, Nubank, and others all convert cleanly.
